Ms. Doran is a Qualified Airport Wildlife Biologist and is primarily responsible for wildlife surveys at airports, airport wildlife hazard assessments, wildlife hazard site visits, wildlife hazard management plans, and airport wildlife hazard management training. Ms. Doran has conducted environmental consulting services at more than 60 airports nationwide and has extensive experience interacting with private, local, state, and federal agencies. Moreover, Ms. Doran manages the Department of Defense (DoD), Air National Guard (ANG) Bird/ Wildlife Aircraft Strike Hazard (BASH) contract with the National Guard Bureau to conduct site visits at all ANG installations across the United States. When not working on aviation wildlife programs, Ms. Doran performs threatened and endangered species surveys, fauna surveys, wetland assessments and delineations, and assists FWC Authorized Agents with gopher tortoise survey and relocation.

He has worked at more than 150 civilian and military airfields around the world helping military commanders preserve their unit’s combat capability and mission readiness through a reduction of wildlife hazards while managing protected natural resources. He was also one of the initial architects of the Avian Hazard Advisory System (AHAS) and continues to be actively involved with AHAS developments today.
